Driver Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old for most vehicles (18+ for some models with an additional security deposit).

• A valid driver’s license and full-coverage insurance (Comprehensive & Collision included) are required.

Vehicle Usage Restrictions

• No reckless driving, racing, burnouts, or off-roading.

• No smoking inside the vehicles (violations result in cleaning fees or forfeiture of deposit).

• No speeding over 100mph+. Vehicles are equipped with kill switches and GPS trackers to monitor speed and location.

• Cars must remain in Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach, unless otherwise arranged.

• Absolutely NO subleasing—renters may not rent the vehicle out to another person.

• Renters are responsible for all tolls and traffic violations.

Security Deposit & Returns

• A $1000 security deposit is required for every rental. May vary by model. (Members pay $0-500).

• Security deposits are refunded after the vehicle is inspected and all rental conditions are met. Please allow 3-24 hours to return.

Rental Agreement & Documentation

All renters must sign a rental agreement and pass our background check.
Renter must have physical license on person for pick up.

Pre-Rental Inspection & Documentation

• During drop-off, renters must take detailed pictures and a walk-around video of all sides of the vehicle.

• Clear photos of each rim must also be taken to document the condition before driving.

Mileage Policy

• Most cars include 100 miles per day, with an additional charge of $3-5 per mile over the limit.

• Some vehicles allow 120-150 miles per day.

• Select vehicles offer unlimited mileage for an extra fee (varies by car).

Why do I need a deposit if I have insurance?

• Many situations (e.g., rim scrapes, extra mileage, smoking fees) cannot be filed under insurance claims.

• In case of an accident, the $1000 deposit covers the deductible.

What happens if something damages the car but it’s not my fault?

• Renters are fully responsible for all damages.

• If another party is at fault, renters must collect their insurance information.

What happens if a valet damages my car?

• Valet companies have insurance, but renters must handle claims before driving away.

• Once you leave, valets deny responsibility.

Insurance Requirements

• When an insurance policy is opened, it takes up to 30 days to be considered active for rentals. Clients cannot open a policy on the spot to rent a car immediately.

• Insurance must be transferable to rentals. Many smaller insurance companies do not cover rental vehicles, even if the client believes they have full coverage.

Booking & Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to secure a yacht booking.

• Full payment must be made before the vessel leaves the dock.

What’s Included?

• All charters include a licensed captain.

• Ice, water, and fuel are provided.

Guest Limit & Time Policies

• Maximum guest limit is 13 (varies by yacht size).

• Charters start at the scheduled time—no extra time for late guests.

• Overtime fees apply if the rental is extended

Prohibited Activities

• Smoking and drinking are allowed only in outdoor areas.

• No smoking inside the yacht’s cabin.

• No paper in toilets (damage to septic system costs $300-600 to repair).

• Guests must respect the captain and crew at all times.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

• If weather conditions are unsafe, the charter may be rescheduled or, in some cases, refunded.

Booking & Deposit

• A security deposit (varies by property) is required.

• 50% is required to reserve the property.

• Full payment must be made before check-in.

Guest Policies & Occupancy Limits

• Maximum guest occupancy must be followed—no unauthorized guests.

• Events require special pricing & accommodations.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 3 PM (early check-in available upon request, if available).

• Check-out: 11 AM (late check-out fees apply).

House Rules

• No smoking inside (violations result in cleaning fees).

• No moving furniture or causing damage—renters will be charged for damages.

• Respect neighbors—no excessive noise after 10 PM.

No unauthorized parties or gatherings

Cleaning & Maintenance

• The home must be returned in the same condition as received.

• Extra cleaning fees apply for excessive mess, smoking, or damage.
